work-FLO can utilize your law firm’s CORES account, which enables you to track your filings and associated Government fees. work-FLO gives you the reassurance that filings are being performed by an accredited CORES user with significant paralegal experience and knowledge, and allows you to have your filings done on your schedule. work-FLO is also able to provide filing services to law firms without a CORES account.

You have access to experienced corporate paralegals with CORES level III accreditation. Hiring work-FLO eliminates the need to send corporate filings to registry agents. Further, you get peace of mind that your corporate work is being handled by an experienced paralegal with CORES accreditation, without the cost of a salaried employee – that means no benefits or bonuses to pay, no vacation days, sick days, payroll or training costs and no employee turn-over or office dynamics. Another great benefit is that work-FLO can accommodate even the smallest office as no designated workspace is required. We are able to perform our services from our own offices.

 We would be pleased to meet with you at your offices to assess your needs and workload. Once we have been linked to your CORES account, we can begin work right away. We can communicate by phone, fax or email with periodic visits to your offices to deliver completed projects and/or pick up new work. Generally, work will be completed offsite. work-FLO bills your law firm directly at the end of each month, or as otherwise negotiated (usually on a per project basis).
